Whenever possible David will use data to identify your personal strengths, accomplishments, challenges, and developmental needs.
He will often use 360 Feedback, and a variety of assessments, to provide you a range of voices that together present a picture of you that you might struggle to be aware of.
He will challenge your assumptions and your thinking, presenting you with alternatives resulting in ah-ha moments.
